As you can see.......Isabella Grape.com is more of what is called a "billboard" site...meaning.....that we like to show a representative amount of what we carry, or what we can get...

BUT NOW....we have added PayPal, and you can order by "point & click", and use any of your credit cards.

But, we want you to know that we take "beaucoup" (that means "lots") of digital pictures, and will
create a special web page just for you....to "see" what you are looking for.  We also ship on approval...(in stock items)

That means, charge with a credit card.....we ship it to you to try on or inspect....and, if it works for you, you keep it....   if not....ship it back within 5 days for full credit (less shipping costs, of course).

Our shipping charges are:
Up to $10.00 in purchases-----$6.50 shipping charge
$10.00 - $50.00 in purchases------$8.50 shipping charge
$50.00 - $100.00 in purchases------$10.00 shipping charge
$100.00 - $200.00 in purchases------$12.50 shipping charge
Over $200 in purchases------$15.00 shipping charge, unless otherwise noted

Our return policy for purchases, either thru the web site or toll-free number, is the same as it is for our store:

All orders subject to 10% re-stocking charge
Return must have a "Return Authorization" (RA) number prior to being returned/credited
Call or email for "RA" number prior to returning any items
No refund on marked-down or close-out items

Special order items require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable
