This is a Littlearth™ original! It is made from an official state license plate wrapped around two chrome baby moon hubcaps. It also features a 40" long recycled rubber strap. The recycled rubber snap closure features a bottle cap, and on the nicely felted inside there is even a built-in elastic strap to hold your lipstick!
